ES Properties
I’m Eija Kallberg, LLM, a real estate professional who has worked in real estate for almost a decade. I offer clear and practical solutions that protect your rights and promote the value of your property and housing assets.
Situations where good advice is really needed
Are you afraid of being involved in a time-consuming and expensive process that devours your resources and hurts your finances? Changes in the family situation, such as a divorce or the death of a loved one, can trigger long and expensive negotiation and dispute processes with often unpredictable outcomes. It is important to identify the stages where it pays to stop: there is easily too little time to consider different solutions, while this is the very thing that could speed up the exit from difficult situations.

"Often, there is too little time to consider different alternatives, while it is this that can speed up reaching a solution.”

Open the knots and move forward
Do you want to speed up division processes or dispute resolutions and save on costs? Estates and divisions of assets are often about who owns, who redeems, who pays and how much. Agreeing or disagreeing on property, whether immovable or movable.
Changes in the family situation result in a serious reflection on how property and/or housing assets can be managed when the ownership changes.

Next steps in safe hands
I have worked extensively on various projects looking for solutions to long-term problems related to the ownership of movable and immovable property. My role is to help my clients to plan asset management issues in advance, whether it concerns valuations, purchases or sales. As a partner of law firms, I have increasingly been tasked with the division of assets after a divorce and estates in recent years. The best solution can be found by negotiation and agreement between the parties or, if no solution can be found, by bringing the matter to a court to decide on with the assistance of a lawyer.
